- Business Data: Inventory items, stock levels, costs, and performance calculations.
- Billing Data: Handled directly by Stripe; we do not store card details.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device logs, and essential session cookies.
3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- Contract: To provide the service you subscribed to.
- Legitimate Interests: To improve the platform, provide support, and ensure security.
- Legal Obligation: For tax and regulatory compliance.
4. Third-party data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data with the following categories of providers to run the service:
- Infrastructure: Supabase (Database & Auth)
- Communications: Resend (Transactional Emails)
- Payments: Stripe (Billing)
