1. Acceptance & eligibility
By using StockMe AI, you agree to these Terms. This service is intended for business use (including sole traders). By signing up, you represent that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, or profession.
2. The service
StockMe AI provides voice-assisted inventory management software delivered as a web application. We may update or modify features to improve the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Subscriptions & cancellation
- Trials: New accounts include a 14-day free trial.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Assisted onboarding
Optional setup sessions are a one-time fee (£129 + VAT) and are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the software, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
6. Data ownership
You own all data you input. StockMe AI Ltd acts as a Data Processor regarding your business data. You grant us a license to host and process this data solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
StockMe AI is provided as is. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any loss of profit or business interruption.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or if your use poses a security risk to other users.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
